 weight is not healthy not only for our heart not only for the structure of our spine or stomach our stretch marks all the weight you have to carry around day after day the pancreas the insulin diabetes the immune system and many other diseases all are indirectly and directly related to obesity and waking altho everyone is looking for the answer, they're looking for the shot the HCG shot they're looking.

 for the magic pill, the Weight Watchers whatever it is but the key most important thing is what are you doing how are you eating and a few things, I want to talk about briefly is you need to eat more frequent meals spread them out smaller meals many of you work long hours.

I can understand you come home just a matter of habit and satisfaction late you're starving your on the road and you have that big dinner right before you go to bed, but there's nothing in that furnace there's nothing in your system to start kicking up the metabolism because that's the worst time for the metabolism to be in because it's going to slow down once you're at rest, that's why they always say it's always good to walk a little bit after the meal to kick up that metabolism altho, one of my favourite tips for you is this if you are sustaining your weight if you're 100 pounds 150 200 250 300 350 400 it doesn't matter if you are sustaining your weight and you cannot lose weight I recommend the little tip that you start cutting the portions in half if you cut your portions in half and you have less on your plate you'll automatically will lose weight because now you'll automatically have fewer calories that you're ingesting, and it's and an attitude a good attitude that you are happy that you're eating less Because, in the long run, you're going to live more make it a great day.
