Is I greatly appreciate it basically what it boils down you need to cause a chemical reaction in your body so that your body will start to lose weight here's what happens if you are going to start a fire what three things do you need oxygen you need heat and you need fuel that's how you start a fire well if you're going to start a fire in your body you're going to need oxygen you're going to need fuel, and you're going to need heat losing weight basically comes down to a chemical reaction where your body starts breaking down fat as an energy source now how do you do that it's by getting rid of sugar here's what you need to do you need to start eating lean protein what does that mean that means fish that mean lean meats red meat that means chicken that means turkey anything that is a lean protein need to be then what you need be some type of poly or monounsaturated fat how can you get this the two easiest sources are avocados and olive oil both of these have what is called the healthy fats and by eating more of these it sets that that motion of that chemical reaction that we're talking about where your body has now a fire inside of it where it starts burning fat as an energy source than for all your carbohydrates you want to eat fibrous rich colourful carbohydrates what does that mean well pastas and bread's and sprite that doesn't count we're talking stuff that grew out of the ground any and all an amount of colours counts so when you start doing that again like starting a fire you need oxygen you need fuel, and you need heat eating in this way creates that fire inside your body where your body stops using carbohydrates as an energy source and starts using fat as an energy source that's how every single patient that I've ever seen that's lost a tremendous amount of weight has actually done it now in other videos, I talked about oxygen which essentially means deep breathing which is like cardiovascular exercise and then creating heat that's again thru exercise so exercise where you're doing a lot of deep breathing exercises usually cardiovascular exercises those are the ways that you create the fire
