Natural weight loss mastery command that's the question I'd like to pose you how badly do you actually want to get slim so many people only ever dip their toes into weight loss they treat it like a passing hobby they flirt with a couple of different diets for a few weeks here and there maybe they try out some exercise routines, and whatnot, and then they're left scratching their heads and wondering why they haven't got any result.

All-in fact one of the biggest separators between those who don't see any meaningful results on the scale and those the get and stay slim for the rest of their lives is that this latter group but some stage starts to treat weight loss as a duty and an obligation in their lives they start treating weight loss as a priority like any other major responsibility they have whether it been work or children, so on and so forth they get seriously committed as a result, they realise that not only will lose weight and mastering their health improve the quality of their lives, but also those in their network they understand that they're likely to be able to better serve their company their boss their colleagues when they've got their own health and wellness in order, of course, their children their loved ones they can set an example they can be a role model this stuff is so important, but you really have to start treating weight loss like a duty and an obligation to drive that level of commitment, and conviction that's required to really stay the course and see meaningful results. 
If you're only trying a couple of different diets out here and there and you're not really getting fully committed it's very likely that weight loss is just a something that you wish to do but it's not something that you're actually desperate for you don't have that burning desire you don't really have this obsession, and some people think of obsession as being a dirty word don't know but this healthy obsession with the weight loss that drives you forward so, you need to that you need to start understanding that weight loss is indeed a duty and an obligation if you are overweight right.
 Now if you've got a bunch of bad habits if your nutrition is all over the place as a result your health is suffering you do indeed not only to yourself but also your community you have a responsibility to take care of this stuff, I can't stress that enough so just realising that becoming aware of that acknowledging that every single day can help you drive to new levels of commitment the more committed you are the more you realise in your heart that this is a duty and obligation in your life the less resistance there is when you're executing on that good nutrition exercise sleep stress management habits all of these important elements of weight loss.
 Let's say when you're going to execute on those things there's less hesitancy, there when you start treating it as a duty and obligation you start eliminating permission I'm not phrasing this well at all you start eliminating opportunities to fail a lot of people they will give themselves permission to fail by not going. 
All-in by allowing cheat days here and there at the weekend it's amazing how you eliminate a lot of those possibilities for failure when you start treating weight loss a lot as an obligation it almost drives you to this new set of standards and behaviors that you expect of yourself, and that's really liberating and an extremely powerful feeling so this is something I can really excuse me I really want to stress you guys if you're not feeling like you're fully wishing to lose weight right now, but somewhere deep down you know that you have to then you've got to find ways to start treating it as a duty and an obligation this is a great way to reframe things.
